Developing and deploying machine learning models is a highly collaborative process. With this in mind, Alviss AI is designed to support seamless team collaboration. This ensures that all team members can effectively contribute to and benefit from shared resources and data.

All actions performed on Alviss AI are based on a team entity. Here’s how it works:

  • Team Entity: When you work alone, you essentially function as a team of one. This means you have access to all features and resources just like a multi-member team.
  • Shared Assets: Assets such as computing resources, storage space, and data belong to a team rather than an individual user. These assets are accessible to every member within the team.
  • Collaborative Environment: By working within a team, members can collaborate on projects, share insights, and contribute to the development and deployment of machine learning models.

Key Features of Teams

Shared Resources

  • Computing Resources: Teams have access to shared computing resources, allowing for efficient allocation and usage based on the team’s needs.
  • Storage Space: Data and other assets are stored within the team’s allocated space, ensuring that all members can access necessary files and information.

Collaborative Data Management

  • Data Accessibility: All data within a team is accessible to every team member, facilitating collaboration on data analysis and model development.
  • Centralized Data Storage: Data is stored centrally within the team, eliminating the need for redundant copies and ensuring consistency.

Team-Based Subscriptions

  • Subscription Management: Subscriptions to Alviss AI are managed at the team level. This means that subscription benefits and limitations apply to the team as a whole, rather than to individual users.

Manage Team Members

To manage team members, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Team Members: Go to Team Members to see a list of current team members.
  2. Add New Members: Use the interface to invite new members to join your team.
  3. Delete Existing Members: Remove members who no longer need access to the team’s resources.

  1. Navigate to Team Settings: Go to Team Settings.
  2. Select Leave Team: Choose the option to leave the team.
